Being an African American photographer in Dallas has been very rewarding for many reasons. The opportunity to repeatedly witness two people showcase their love for each other brings me so much joy as a photographer. I met up with Nick and Deirdre for their elopement in Downtown Dallas. We started with a portrait session while waiting for the Justice of the Peace to arrive. Although the ceremony only lasted a few minutes, it was perfect, intimate and loving. I enjoyed capturing this romantic Dallas elopement. It was a lot of fun and I wish them all the best.
